By submitting an entry, you agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of The Shops at Atlas Park, Atlas Park, LLC; ATCO Properties & Management (hereinafter “ATCO”), and their subsidiaries, which are final. Winner(s) will be selected between February 19, 2008 and April 21, 2008. Contest is sponsored by The Shops at Atlas Park, Atlas Park, LLC; A&Co., LLC and their subsidiaries (“Sponsor”), 8000 Cooper Avenue Glendale, New York 11385.

1. How to Enter and Eligibility.
Only legal U.S. residents ages 18 and older, physically located in the U.S. may participate in The Shops at Atlas Park “Atlas Solution" Giveaway. One entry per person, per day. Multiple entries may disqualify the entry. You may enter to win by prominently displaying your entry form (the Atlas Solution sticker) on your person while at the Shops at Atlas Park. Stickers may be obtained without purchase at The Shops at Atlas Park hospitality center, online at www.theatlassolution.com, or via mail at The Atlas Solution Giveaway, The Offices At Market Plaza 71-19 80th Street, Suite 8306 Glendale New York 11385. All prizes will be awarded by 7pm on April 21, 2008. Employees, officers, directors, managers and agents of The Shops at Atlas Park or ATCO, or the employees of tenants of Atlas Park or ATCO, or the employees of vendors of Atlas Park or ATCO (including without limitation advertising and promotion agencies, security and janitorial, electricial or other contractors, trash removal or other vendors), and Immediate Family Members of anyone described above are not eligible. All entries become exclusive property of the Sponsor and may be used for contact through mail and/or email.
2. Prizes and Participation.
Total Retail Value of prizes total $15,000. Grand Prize: (1) $1000 Gift Card to The Shops at Atlas Park, First Prize: (3) $500 Gift Cards to The Shops at Atlas Park, Runner Up Prizes: (15) $100 cash prizes, (50) $50 cash Prizes, (200) $20 Cash Prizes, (200) $10 Cash Prizes, (400) $5 Cash Prizes, (500) $1 Cash Prizes.
Consumers may enter by prominently displaying the free sticker provided at The Shops at Atlas Park Hospitality Center. There is no purchase necessary to receive a sticker. It is not necessary to go on Property to receive the sticker. To request a sticker by mail, please send a self addressed stamped envelope to The Atlas Solution, 71-19 80th Street, Suite 8306 Glendale, NY 11385, Suite 8306. When wearing your sticker on the property, you will automatically be entered into the Giveaway (subject to meeting the eligibility requirements set forth above) and have a chance to be randomly selected to win a prize in the Giveaway by being present during the Giveaway Period on property at The Shops At Atlas Park. Sponsor anticipates that potential winners will be selected between opening and closing time of Sponsor. Prizes will be distributed by The Atlas Solution Squad. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to select winners at the property during any operating hours.

The odds of being randomly selected as a winner on a given day depend on the number of eligible participants at a selected location for the time or date (as applicable) selected. A person may not win more than one prize in one day.
3.WINNER SELECTION & VERIFICATION PROCESS
For each prize or Batch of prizes, the Sponsor must first randomly select the pool of entrants from which a winner or winners will be selected. The randomly selected pool of entrants for a particular prize or Batch of prizes will be the individuals within a predetermined location on property at The Shops At Atlas Park.
Decisions as to the selection of winners and the identity of the first person or persons present at a randomly selected location and time are subject to the Atlas Solution Squad’s sole discretion and the Solution Squad’s decisions on these matters will be final and binding. Only Solution Squad members can designate a potential winner at the Shops at Atlas Park.
a. All potential winners must fully comply with Sponsor's verification process, which may require, as a condition of winning and redeeming a prize, completing, signing and delivering an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, a publicity release (where legally permitted), and any applicable forms, documents and agreements required by tax authorities and/or Sponsor to enable the prize to be awarded (collectively the "Prize Claim Documents") within the time frame specified by Sponsor. Failure to complete, sign and deliver the Prize Claim Documents or to otherwise comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the stated prize Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any winner who Sponsor determines is not permitted by law to receive a prize.

b. A potential winner is not an official winner until such potential winner's compliance with these Official Rules (including, without limitation, the eligibility restrictions set forth above), has been verified by Sponsor. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible during the verification process, or if it is determined that any such potential winner has not complied with these Official Rules, such potential winner will be disqualified.

c. All prizes legitimately claimed will be awarded. Sponsor will implement reasonable practices to award all prizes. If a selected participant chooses not to accept a prize, the prize may be randomly awarded again to an alternate winner, time permitting and at Sponsor's discretion and Sponsor will have no further obligation with respect to that participant or prize.

d. IMPORTANT: ANY PERSON ATTEMPTING TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS GIVEAWAY WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER THE LAW. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
By participating, each participant releases and agrees to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD SPONSOR, THEKBUZZ, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "GIVEAWAY ENTITIES") HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL COSTS, CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER INJURY, WHETHER DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, TO PERSON(S) OR PROPERTY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DEATH OR VIOLATION OF ANY PERSONAL RIGHTS, SUCH AS VIOLATION OF RIGHT OF PUBLICITY/PRIVACY, LIBEL, OR SLANDER), DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY, OR ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN ANY GIVEAWAYRELATED ACTIVITY OR TRAVEL-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR THE RECEIPT, USE OR MISUSE, OF ANY PRIZE.
